**Job Requirements** **Job Description – Cloud QA Engineer** **Role Summary** We are seeking a Cloud QA Engineer to validate and ensure the quality of the enterprise platform solution. The role involves testing cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Kubernetes platform components, CI/CD pipelines, security, and platform services to ensure reliable and secure deployments. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute test strategies for cloud-native platform components. - Validate Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/OpenTofu) deployments and cloud resource provisioning. - Test Kubernetes platform deployments, networking, storage, ingress, and platform services. - Validate CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and release processes. - Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across platform components. - Test observability capabilities, including logging, monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and distributed tracing. - Design and execute automated test suites for platform validation and deployment verification. - Identify, track, and manage defects while working closely with DevOps Engineers, and Solution Architects. - Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and release readiness activities. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production validation, and post-deployment verification. **Required Skillset** **Experience** - 6–8 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud QA, Platform Testing, DevOps QA, or Infrastructure Validation. **Technical Skills** - Strong understanding of AWS cloud service. - Hands-on experience validating Kubernetes platforms and containerized applications. - Experience testing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or OpenTofu. - Experience validating CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. - Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. - Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, CloudWatch, or similar platforms. - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks using Python, or similar technologies. - Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira **Good to Have** - Experience validating AI-powered workflows or conversational AI platforms. - Knowledge of cloud security testing and DevSecOps practices. - Experience with performance and reliability testing for cloud platforms. - Familiarity with scripting using Python. - Any cloud certifications. **Work Experience** Cloud Testing, Infrastructure Testing, Observability Testing, CI/CD Pipelines Testing, IaC Testing, Automation Testing
