**Department:** Development **Location:** Remote **Description** Support and evolve enterprise cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms by delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. This role ensures system reliability, availability, and security for globally distributed applications, with a focus on AWS and enterprise workload automation using SOS Berlin JS7. **A Typical Day In The Life Includes** - Deploy, configure, and support SOS Berlin JS7 for workload automation, including complex workflows, scheduling, and optimization - Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure components including VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, networking, and security controls - Support and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance - Automate infrastructure provisioning, operational workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments - Monitor system health and performance using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networking, compute, storage, security, and system integrations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with application and business needs **Basic Qualifications** - Proven experience implementing, administering, and supporting SOS Berlin JS7 workload automation - 5+ years of hands-on experience managing cloud environments with strong expertise in AWS (VPC, IAM, networking, security) - Experience with Windows system administration in a cloud environment (Linux experience is a plus) - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting - Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and secure architectures - Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment and collaborate effectively across teams - Availability to work U.S. business hours during training, with transition to India business hours post onboarding **Preferred Qualifications** - Familiarity with AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate or Professional-level certifications - Exposure to equivalent certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator - Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments with high availability and scalability requirements **About Infor** Infor is where ambition meets impact.
