**Job Title:** Cloud Trainer **Location:** Noida **Experience Level:** 5-8 Years **Job Summary** Cloud Trainer will drive cloud capability development across AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role is responsible for analyzing skill gaps, designing learning pathways, developing technical content, delivering instructor-led and hands-on training, managing certification programs, and partnering with business leaders to build enterprise cloud capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deliver cloud training programs, bootcamps, workshops, and certification-focused learning journeys. - Build role-based learning pathways for cloud engineers, developers, architects, consultants, and delivery teams. - Create technical learning assets including presentations, labs, assessments, trainer guides, and participant guides. - Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cloud partners to align learning initiatives with business objectives. - Manage training operations, learning dashboards, reporting, learner engagement, and certification tracking. - Conduct cloud skill-gap assessments and recommend targeted upskilling interventions. - Support enterprise cloud transformation initiatives through capability-building programs. Technical Skills Required - AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and services. - Python (mandatory), with exposure to Java and/or Node.js. - Serverless application development and cloud-native architectures. - Docker and containerization fundamentals. - CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code. - Cloud security, governance, networking, monitoring, and logging. AWS Expertise - EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions. - RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge. - CloudFormation, SAM, CodeBuild, CodePipeline. - CloudWatch, ECR, SageMaker fundamentals. GCP Expertise - Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM. - Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, App Engine. - Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub. - Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, Monitoring and Logging. - Vertex AI fundamentals and AI/ML services. AI & Cloud AI Skills - Generative AI and LLM fundamentals. - Prompt Engineering concepts. - Cloud AI services including SageMaker and/or Vertex AI. - Responsible AI principles. - AI application deployment on cloud platforms. Preferred Certifications - AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional). - AWS Certified Developer Associate. - Google Associate Cloud Engineer. - Google Professional Cloud Architect. - Google Professional Cloud Developer. Soft Skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. - Ability to conduct technical research and curriculum development. - Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Data Engineering, AI, or related field. - 5+ years of experience delivering cloud training programs. - Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP development and cloud architecture. - Experience managing enterprise-scale learning and certification initiatives is preferred.
