**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure efficient underwriting of large corporate clients' working capital requirements. - Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth within the Business Banking Group. - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to credit approvals, risk management, and customer service. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain high standards of governance in all aspects of credit operations. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 10-12 years of experience in Commercial Banking or similar industry with expertise in area credit management or cluster credit management. - Strong understanding of Large Corporates' financial statements analysis and ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Relationship Management, Operations etc.
