We are seeking a hands-on, highly dependable, and proactive leader for the position of **(Senior PRM) Cluster Lead.** In this role, you will be directly responsible for supervising daily operations across a cluster of 3 to 4 Allo Health clinics in Bengaluru. You will serve as the vital link between ground-level clinical staff (Patient Care Coordinators - PCCs) and regional leadership. Cluster Operations & On-Site Audits **Clinic Supervision:** Supervise ground operations across 3 to 4 assigned clinics in Bengaluru, ensuring smooth patient flows and clinic standards. **Facility & Infra Audits:** Conduct regular physical visits to audit clinic infrastructure, cleanliness, doctor consultation setup, and physical layout standards. **Cash & Medicine Reconciliation:** Perform daily audits of cash collected by PCCs and cross-verify medicine stock. **2. Team Leadership & PCC Mentorship** **Daily Standups:** Conduct regular daily standups with assigned PCCs to set priorities, address operational friction, and realign performance goals. **Performance Dashboards**: Maintain, analyze, and update individual and clinic-level performance dashboards for reporting PCCs. **Capability Building:** Identify training needs and performance bottlenecks among PCCs, preparing structured action plans to elevate patient experience and conversion efficiency. **3. Analytics, Escalations & Reporting** **Metric Analysis:** Monitor daily operational metrics (footfalls, conversion rates, consultation fulfillment, and feedback scores) to optimize cluster performance. **Root Cause Analysis (RCA):** Take immediate ownership of any escalation reported by Senior Managers, executing thorough RCAs and deploying immediate corrective actions. **Calendar Execution:** Formulate and execute daily/weekly actionable calendars for on-site clinic visits and supervisory tasks. **Senior Management Updates:** Directly submit weekly and monthly operational reports, audit logs, and performance metrics to the Senior Operations Manager. **Language Skills:** Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (local candidates preferred for effective patient and regional vendor interactions). **Operational Experience**: 1+ years of experience in clinic operations, retail operations, multi-unit healthcare management, or team supervisory roles. **Analytical Capability:** Familiarity with operational dashboards, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and key performance tracking metrics. **Problem Solving:** Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills and the ability to work independently under dynamic clinic situations. **Mobility:** Willingness to travel across the allotted 3–4 clinic locations in Bengaluru. **Availability:** Ability to work a 6-day week schedule (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM), including Saturdays and Sundays.
