**Job Summary** To drive third party distribution business in the given territory. Responsible to meet given targets and focus on making all employees productive on tpd fee parameter. Build good customer portfolio mix and healthy persistency. **Detailed Responsibilities** Responsible to meet tpd fee targets through aligned branch banking team. Responsible to drive and improve fee productivities across frontline team members the region / cluster. To build TPD certification base for wider distribution points within our given branch network. To build customer base on various product lines like LI, health Insurance, MF, SIPs etc & build active customer engagement model. To impart training & knowledge to frontline wrt all third party products business. To work with all business partners locally and provide excellent sales support to frontline team. *\\*Other duties may be assigned as per business & organisation requirements.*
