**Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.? **Duties and Responsibilities** 1. Responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring for the region. 2. Implementation of credit policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the policy and compliance with the authority matrix at branches in the region assigned. 3. Analyzing the portfolio health and risk involved in particular segment of assets & profile and giving timely feedback to sales team. 4. Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control. 5. Building and leading a highly effective team. 6. Striving for continuous improvement in productivity. 7. Market research and feedback for credit policy and new product launch based on market conditions. 8. Deliver on the goals of customer and employee satisfaction. **Required Qualifications and Experience** ? CA/MBA Finance with 08-10 years of relevant experience. ? Should have worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in SME business. ? Must have handled multiple locations and teams.
