Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions - Setting up Corporate NPS (National Pension System) business for the region - Tie up for Corporate NPS for their employees and facilitate them with end to end support in implementing Corporate NPS. - Would acquire agents, business correspondents or referral partners to distribute retail NPS - Would be managing existing as well as new agents to increase the subscriber base with AUM - Responsible for acquiring agents within mapped region - Engaging with external POP’s to increase the PFM AUM ` Annexure I : ABG Job Description Template ` HayGroup **Job Description Template 2017** - Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions - Engaging with CHRO / CFO / Treasury Head / Compensation Head / Decision makers of various companies - to familiarize them on NPS. - Onboarding employees of corporate as subscriber of NPS - On board the company on to Corporate NPS - Aligning with internal and external stakeholders (channels / marketing team etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of the Scheme in the Corporates - Tracking and assisting the HR and payroll of the corporate for monthly contribution processing . - Conducting sessions & training programs on NPS & retirements planning - Presentation Skills to enable timely data presentation, to convey information in an orderly and meaningful manner
