Cluster Validation

Job description

Key Responsibilities - Validate **instrument cluster functionality**, including speedometer, tachometer, warning lamps, telltales, gauges, and displays. - Perform **system, integration, and vehiclelevel validation** as per requirements. - Develop and execute **test cases** for functional, performance, regression, and fault scenarios. - Validate communication over **CAN / CAN FD / LIN / FlexRay**. - Perform **HIL, SIL, and bench testing**, including fault injection and diagnostics. - Verify compliance with **automotive standards** such as ASPICE and ISO 26262 (where applicable). - Analyze issues, log defects, track closure, and support root cause analysis. - Coordinate with development, requirements, and system teams to clarify test scenarios. - Prepare **test reports, validation summaries, and release signoffs**. - Mandatory CAPL and Python scripting experience Required Skills & Experience - Experience in **instrument cluster validation or automotive ECU validation** - Handson knowledge of **automotive communication protocols** - Strong understanding of **vehicle signals and diagnostics** - Experience with **Vector tools** (CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio) or **dSPACE tools** - Familiarity with **requirements tools** (DOORS, Polarion, Jama) - Good debugging and analytical skills
