JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Cluster Visual Merchandising (VM) to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about visual merchandising, planograms, 3D modeling, and creating engaging retail environments. The VM will work closely with our merchandising team to assist in the conceptualization and execution of Visual window displays, planograms, and mood boards. Roles & Responsibilities \\*Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop Visual window displays that align with brand identity and marketing initiatives. \\*Utilize 3D modeling software to create Visual representations of store layouts, fixtures, and product displays. \\*Assist in creating and updating planograms for various product categories to optimize space and enhance the customer shopping experience. \\*Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform window conceptualization and merchandising decisions. \\*Generate mood boards to visually communicate concepts, themes, and design directions for merchandising projects. Requirements : \\*Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Sketchup, or similar programs. \\*Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs. \\*Knowledge of planogram development principles and experience using planogram software is preferred. \\*Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. \\*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. \\*Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
