**CMM Standard Room (Executive / Sr. Executive)** **Experience:** 4 to 8 years **Qualification:** Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering **Strategic Objectives & Key Result Areas** **Standard Room** - Ensure **CMM operating perfectly** with scanner and drawing interpretation. - Understand and execute **2D & 3D layout activities**. - Conduct **lab activities** including penetration and hardness testing. - Perform **part inspection** as per engineering drawings and specifications. **System** - Timely **calibration of all required inspection instruments** as per plan. - **Validation of panel checkers** and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy. - Support and maintain compliance with **IATF 16949 activities** and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate and manage **CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)** for precision measurement of automotive components. - Prepare and maintain inspection reports, measurement data, and quality documentation. - Support **APQP, PPAP, and validation activities** for new product development. - Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve dimensional issues. - Maintain 5S and safety standards in the CMM room. Skills Required - Hands-on experience with **CMM machines (Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Hexagon, etc.)**. - Knowledge of **GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)**. - Proficiency in **measurement software (Calypso, PC-DMIS, etc.)**. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with automotive quality standards and documentation. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy. - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Willingness to work in a plant environment.
