Payments unit is involved in handling transactions from corporate clients Barclays across Globe. It involves in facilitating customers for their Domestic and Cross Border requirements. On a daily basis transaction request are submitted for RTGS, NEFT, NACH, Clearing, and Cash Management Service products. This includes all the payment scheme such as IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/NACH. Executive is responsible for the accurate error free and timely processing of day today payment transactions To process transactions as per specified service level agreements adhering to internal and regulatory guidelines Key Accountabilities To perform operational duties in TAT prescribed by the bank with due diligence. Understanding of MS Excel and MS Word Meticulous, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment Stakeholder Management and Leadership Work closely across various Operation and/or Infrastructure teams Decision-making and Problem Solving Effective communication with Internal and External Stakeholders Able to work effectively as part of a small team, covering different processes as and when required Risk and Control Objective Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards. Person Specification Should have prior knowledge in processing of Payment products like RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, NACH, Clearing, and Cash Management Services & Cross Border Payments and worked in operations set up.
