**Greetings from** **Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)** *What we are looking for: CoE Lead - Teamcenter* *Location : PAN INDIA* *Interview Mode : Virtual mode (Microsoft Teams)* *Exp :13+ Years* - **Lead and drive end-to-end PLM (Teamcenter) transformation programs across enterprise engagements** - **Define and establish CoE standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for Teamcenter implementations** - **Translate business requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions aligned with enterprise architecture** - **Design and develop solution architecture for end-to-end PLM implementations** - **Lead technical implementation teams and ensure successful project delivery** - **Conduct solution reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions** - **Mentor and guide solution architects, technical leads, and developers within the PLM domain** - **Drive integration strategies across PLM, ERP, ALM, and enterprise systems** - **Manage Agile program delivery, timelines, and stakeholder expectations** - **Perform solution consulting and due diligence to assess client requirements and define strategies** - **Ensure cloud deployment, performance optimization, and security compliance** - **Identify process improvement opportunities and drive business value**
