This pivotal role will be responsible for defining the technical vision, designing robust solutions, and leading the end-to-end development of Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) initiatives, with a primary focus on CCAI Agent Assist, Agentic AI, Gen AI and Dialogflow CX.
