Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Apache Kafka to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications using Java technologies, while leveraging Gen AI capabilities and event-driven architectures. The candidate will play a key role in developing innovative AI-powered solutions and high-performance distributed systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE technologies. • Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and AI APIs. • Develop microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. • Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka. • Develop and optimize Kafka producers, consumers, and stream-processing applications. • Integrate AI/ML services with enterprise applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentoring activities. Required Skills Core Java Skills • Java 8/11/17 • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security • Microservices Architecture • RESTful APIs and Web Services • Hibernate/JPA • Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming Gen AI Skills • Experience working with Generative AI solutions • Knowledge of LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations • Prompt Engineering • LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks • AI model integration using APIs and SDKs Cloud & DevOps • Azure / AWS / GCP • Docker and Kubernetes • CI/CD Pipelines • Git, Maven, Jenkins Preferred Qualifications • Experience in building AI-powered enterprise applications. • Exposure to vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search. • Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and AI application deployment. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
