**Roles and Responsibilities** - Responsible for managing collateral loans from origination to closure. - Manage loan syndication, origination, servicing, and operations for commercial lending. - Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. - Ensure timely disbursement of funds and resolution of any issues that may arise during the loan cycle. - Maintain accurate records and reports on loan performance. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 1-10 years of experience in Commercial Lending or related field (Collateral Loan Obligation). - Strong understanding of Clo (Collateral Loan Obligation) concepts and processes. - Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively. - Proficiency in Loan Syndication, Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Loan Operations, Lending Operations, and Commercial Lending principles.
