Job description

- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and resolve payment-related issues. - Monitor and control delinquent accounts to minimize portfolio risk. - Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely collections. - Ensure compliance with company collection policies and processes. - Support recovery activities for NPA accounts and achieve collection targets.
