Should have experience in Unsecured loan (Small Ticket size) recovery.** **2. Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers** **3. Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager** **4. Recover money from the written-off pool** **5. Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team** **6.
