Kissht is looking for an experienced Collection Manager to join our team. 🔹 Position: Collection Manager 🔹 Department: Collections 🔹 Experience: Candidates from a Collections background preferred 🔹 Team Requirement: Must be able to join with a minimum of 10 Collection Officers (COs) 🔹 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: • Manage and drive collection performance for the assigned portfolio • Lead, monitor and motivate the Collection Officer team • Achieve monthly collection and productivity targets • Ensure effective field operations and regular performance tracking • Handle team hiring, training and daily operational requirements • Drive portfolio quality and improve collection efficiency Candidate Profile: ✅ Prior experience in Collections / Field Collections ✅ Strong team-handling and leadership skills ✅ Proven track record of achieving collection targets ✅ Strong local market knowledge and team network ✅ Ability to join with 10+ Collection Officers ✅ Immediate joiners will be given preference 📩 Interested candidates can DM me or share their CV at ashish.verma01@kissht.com
