You will work closely with senior team members to resolve issues, provide support, and maintain high levels of system availability. **Required Skills :** - Sound knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience in IT Infrastructure alert monitoring and triaging. - Experience with ticketing systems and incident management. - Control M & TWS batch job operations - Mainframe batch job operations & knowledge of JCL management.
