What success looks like in this role: Role Overview: • Unisys is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager to support global client contracting, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations. The role combines contract drafting and negotiation with post-execution administration, CLM system support, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong drafting skills, project management for legal projects, and the ability to work effectively with Legal, Sales, Delivery, IT, and business stakeholders in a global environment. What You Will Do • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate client contracts, including sales orders, service agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments and other specialized contract documents, ensuring terms are commercially appropriate, compliant with policy, and aligned with business objectives. • Manage contract lifecycle activities, including post-signature processing, repository maintenance, abstraction, metadata enrichment, and data integrity. Identify risks, approval needs, and process issues; keep stakeholders informed; and support governance, approval workflows, standardization, and best practices across the contracting lifecycle. • Act as a subject matter expert for Agiloft CLM or similar platforms, supporting system enhancements, AI-enabled contract search and review, metadata extraction, dashboards, reporting automation, issue resolution, and coordination with IT/CIT teams. Work on legal operational projects and trainings to business and internal stakeholders, refresh and manage legal templates and playbooks, work with stakeholders to drive legal projects end to end. • Maintain contract KPIs and reports covering volume, cycle time, throughput, template use, compliance, data accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction. Provide training and operational support on contracting tools, processes, and standards. You will be successful in this role if you have: Qualifications and Skills: • LL.B. or LL.M degree required; certification in contract management, legal operations, paralegal studies, or a related discipline preferred. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience in client contracting, legal operations, or contract management within a global enterprise environment, including drafting and negotiating commercial IT services agreements, MSAs, SOWs, amendments and service-related documents. • Strong knowledge of commercial contracting principles, contract interpretation, approval frameworks, policy compliance, risk escalation, CLM tools, contract repositories, metadata management, dashboards, and reporting is required. Experience with Agiloft CLM or similar platforms, offshore/global shared services, contract data management, and AI-enabled contract review tools is preferred. Key Competencies • Ability to draft, negotiate, analyze, abstract, and summarize complex contract terms with accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to project manage legal operational projects such as trainings, managing CLM tools, working on legal templates and playbooks, integrating legal and technical know how to implement tools for larger legal team. • Ability to manage high contract volumes, competing deadlines, cross-functional dependencies, and global stakeholder expectations with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
