Commercial Loan Analyst

Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed quality control reviews of newly booked commercial and syndicated loans within loan servicing systems. - Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Validate loan setup details against approved credit documentation, executed loan agreements, and booking inputs. - Verify accuracy of loan structure, billing schedule, interest rates, payment schedules, fees, and collateral. - Identify discrepancies, document findings, and coordinate with teams for resolution. - Maintain detailed QC logs and audit trails documenting corrective actions taken. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Support audits and recommend process improvements. - Provide feedback and training to team members to improve loan setup processes. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Must be a Graduate with 2-7 years of experience in Commercial Lending, specifically in New Loan Setup. - Strong understanding of Commercial Loans, Syndicated Loans, Loan Syndication, Lending Operations, and Loan Operations. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex legal and credit documentation. - Preferred Exposure to tools such as AFS, TPX, Ncino.
