Key Responsibilities - **End-to-End Closing:** Lead the full lifecycle of complex U.S. commercial mortgage closings, from pre-closing document review and titling to final funding and post-closing audit. - **Loan Syndication:** Oversee syndicated loan closing workflows, coordinating with agent banks, syndicate participants, legal teams, and borrowers. - **Process Leadership & SME Guidance:** Serve as a domain SME to mentor team members, handle escalations, update standard operating procedures, and support operational process improvements. - **Reporting & Audit Compliance:** Generate operational **MIS reports**, monitor pipeline metrics in finance applications, and ensure all closing files adhere to internal and regulatory audit standards. Qualifications - **Experience:** 3–5+ years in U.S. commercial banking with expertise as a mortgage closing specialist or consultant. - **Core Skills:** Deep knowledge of **end-to-end commercial mortgage closing** and **syndicated loan** structures. - **Technical & Analytics:** Proven experience with banking finance applications, **MIS reporting**, and operational audit frameworks. - **Leadership:** Strong process lead capability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
