**About this Role: Commercial Loan Closing Representative****In this role, you will:** - Support pre-close documentation for moderately complex to complex commercial loans - Identify opportunities to improve loan closing processes and workflows - Perform moderately complex legal activities related to loan documentation, including documents from third-party sources, internal teams, and corporate legal groups - Review and prepare complex loan documents - Work under guidance from a supervisor and escalate non-routine issues as needed - Review and negotiate complex legal documentation, assess risks, and implement strategies to mitigate documentation risks - Identify and recommend procedural improvements - Collaborate with the Commercial Loan Closing team and interact with internal stakeholders **Required Qualifications:** - 1+ year of experience in Commercial Loan Closing support, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
