Commercial Loan Servicing Associate **In This Role, You Will** - Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans - Coordinate resolution of open issues with customers; and interact with internal and external customers - Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and ongoing portfolio maintenance, related to low to medium tasks and deliverables - Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record - Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues - Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters which developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements - Provide guidance and training to peers - Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable **Required Qualifications** - 6+ Years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
