Job description

**Role & responsibilities** : - Administer and maintain Commvault backup infrastructure. - Configure backup schedules, retention policies, and storage policies. - Monitor and troubleshoot backup/restoration operations. - Perform DR drills and recovery testing. - Manage backup environments for physical servers, virtual machines, databases, and cloud workloads. - Coordinate with infrastructure, storage, database, and application teams. - Ensure compliance with backup, retention, and audit requirements. - Prepare backup health reports and management dashboards. **Technical Environment** - Commvault Complete Backup & Recovery - Commvault LiveSync - VMware vCenter / ESXi - Windows Server / Linux - Microsoft SQL Server - Oracle Database - Active Directory - Microsoft 365 / Exchange - NetApp Storage - Azure & AWS Cloud Platforms **Experience Profile** **Role:** Senior Commvault Backup Administrator / Backup & Recovery Engineer - Enterprise Backup Administration - Disaster Recovery Management - Commvault LiveSync & Replication - VMware & Hyper-V Protection - Database Backup & Recovery - Cloud Data Protection - Backup Compliance & Audit Support
