## **Job Description:** - Design and institutionalize a process for identification and training of interview panels translate the talent pipeline strategy into actionable - approach for the unit driving the performance management system to align to business needs in addition to people needs providing - direction to design employee engagement practice in order to assist the unit in coming up with an effective staffing solution and creating an - effective work culture in the unit WITHIN the guidelines policies and norms of Infosys ## **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategy Formulation Planning Deployment - Provide insights to define short term and long term strategy frameworks - Develop 3 year annual and short term plans aligned to function goals - Ensure effective deployment to achieve business objectives - Policy Formulation Process Guidelines - Create modify policies based on industry trends market realities and employee inputs - Support Policy Council initiatives - Drive change management for policy implementation - Research Benchmarking HR Advisory Solutions - Develop insights and POVs for key HR initiatives - Design cross functional HR solutions with strong business impact - Secure leadership buy in and drive execution - Act as a strategic partner to business - HR Systems Processes Operations Management - Manage HR processes and systems across the organization - Ensure cost effective budget utilization - Continuously improve processes based on feedback - Publish benchmarking reports and manage performance dashboards - Define and track process excellence metrics - HR Analytics Metrics Reporting - Design dashboards to track key lag and lead indicators - Enable real time health reporting - Drive advanced analytics with multi stakeholder inputs - Provide insights for business impacting decisions - Knowledge Management Capability Building - Build HR capability across processes functions - Ensure effective knowledge sharing mechanisms - Provide structured development opportunities and role exposure - Customer Relationship Management - Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders - Create listening mechanisms for feedback - Provide context driven solutions - Act as a trusted advisor with data backed insights - Vendor Relationship Management - Build strategic vendor partnerships - Ensure alignment with long term and short term goals - Define vendor effectiveness frameworks - Manage vendor transactions and governance processes - Employer Branding Positioning - Enhance employer brand through industry forums and platforms - Strengthen employee value proposition EVP - Leverage surveys studies for positioning - Share insights with HR leadership for strategic alignment - Review and approve branding artifacts and award submissions - Function Specific Initiatives - Lead design and execution of key functional initiatives - Leverage subject matter expertise for impact - Ensure achievement of defined success metrics - Audits Compliance ## **Preferred Skills:** Domain->Human Resource Management->Human Resources
