**Role: Lead/Senior Lead-C&B** - **Job Location:** **Bangalore** - **Qualification: MBA HR preferred- From Tier 2 & Teir 3 colleges.** - **Designation: Lead/ Senior Lead C&B .** - **Experience: 5+ Years** - **Shift : General** - **Employment Type: Hybrid (Minimum 12 days in office per month )** **Experience and Skills required:** - From IT Product / Consulting background preferably - Experience in Design and execution. - Experience in managing global compensation preferably in EMEA - Experience in managing Compensation and compliance in M&A - Experience in working policy and compliance in different regions **Skills:** - Excellent communication skills - MBA HR preferred- From Tier 2 & Teir 3 colleges - Overall experience of 9 years or more in HR compensation & Benefits . - Individual contributor role. **Job Description:** **Compensation & Benefits Lead/Senior Lead:** **1. Compensation Strategy & Design** - Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business goals. - Design base pay structures, incentive plans, and other benefits. - Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure competitive pay. - Share inputs based on learning from previous iterations to enhance the value add of the function`s processes to the organization. - Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with company objectives. - Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure plans drive desired behaviors. - Benchmark compensation structures against industry standards. - Experience in driving cost optimization measures **2. Plan Administration** - Maintain and update compensation plans, policies, and documentation. - Ensure accurate and timely calculation of commissions, bonuses, and incentives. - Manage exceptions, disputes, and escalations related to compensation. **3. Market Benchmarking & Analysis** - Lead salary surveys and benchmarking studies. - Analyze compensation trends and provide insights to leadership. - Maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. **4. Policy Development & Governance** - Create and maintain compensation policies and guidelines. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal controls. - Support audits **5. Operational Execution/Program Deployment** - Oversee annual compensation cycles (e.g., merit increases, bonus payouts, Other compensation programs). - Partner with HRBPs and business leaders during salary reviews / promotions/Roll out of various compensation programs - Manage compensation systems and tools as applicable. **6. Stakeholder Collaboration** - Work with business leaders and other stakeholders on compensation decisions. - Educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy and practices. - Support organizational change initiatives (e.g., M&A, restructuring). **7. Reporting & Analytics** - Generate compensation reports and dashboards for leadership. - Monitor pay equity, gender pay gap, and other DEI metrics. - Forecast compensation budgets and model cost impacts of plan changes. **8. Global & Regional Alignment (As applicable)** - Coordinate compensation practices across geographies. - Ensure alignment with global frameworks while respecting local norms.
