Complex Head (Location - Juinagar)

Job description

- Lead end-to-end Facility Management operations for the entire IT complex, ensuring seamless maintenance and service delivery. - Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, utilities, and infrastructure, including HVAC, DG sets, fire-fighting systems, pumps, transformers, cables, and electrical systems. - Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. - Prepare and monitor the Annual CAM Budget, conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis, and ensure timely CAM and rent collections. - Manage vendor performance, AMC negotiations, procurement, and service contracts. - Liaise with statutory authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies for operational compliance. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and superior service delivery. - Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and property-related documentation. - Ensure compliance with statutory, quality, environmental, occupational health & safety (OHS), and ESG requirements. - Develop and maintain regulatory compliance checklists and monitor adherence to applicable laws and standards. - Lead, coach, and develop facility teams, while driving technical and functional capability-building through structured training. - Foster a strong safety culture by implementing safety policies, SOPs, risk assessments, accident investigations, and preventive measures. - Monitor workplace safety, ensure compliance with all safety regulations, and promote employee participation in safety initiatives. - Drive the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and OHS Management Systems, including periodic reviews of objectives and performance. - Support and ensure effective implementation of organizational ESG initiatives and achieve 100% compliance with applicable standards.
