**Educational Requirements** - Bachelor of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology **Service Line** - Global Delivery **Responsibilities** **Job Summary** - We are seeking a detail-oriented Behavioral Requirements & Compliance Analyst to support the interpretation, management, and operationalization of regulatory, safety, and behavioral requirements for autonomous systems. - The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between regulatory policies, safety frameworks, and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured system specifications, ensuring compliance readiness, and maintaining data integrity across product development lifecycles. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze regulatory, compliance, safety, and policy documents and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements. - Interpret nuanced behavioral and operational requirements to support product readiness and compliance initiatives. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Product Readiness Review (PRR) documentation and reporting artifacts. - Coordinate with engineering, safety, legal, product, and operational teams to gather compliance-related inputs and resolve reporting gaps. - Track regulatory and policy changes that may impact system behavior, safety standards, or operational requirements. - Create structured requirement documentation, compliance reports, and audit-ready records. **Additional Responsibilities:** - Preferred Technical SkillsSQL for data analysis and reporting. - Python for data processing and workflow automation. - Dashboarding and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. - equirements Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, DOORS, etc.). - Advanced Excel and reporting methodologies. - Candidates from the following backgrounds are highly preferred:Technical Compliance - Regulatory Affairs - Public PolicyTechnical Program Management - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) - Safety & Quality Management **Technical and Professional Requirements:** - Core CompetenciesStructural Logic & Semantic PrecisionExceptional reading comprehension and interpretation skills. - Ability to analyze dense regulatory, legal, policy, and safety documentation. - Strong capability to identify subtle semantic differences and translate complex guidance into clear and structured requirements. - Proactive Lifecycle StewardshipStrong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify process bottlenecks. - Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to obtain missing information and ensure program readiness. - Ability to maintain complete, accurate, and traceable compliance documentation throughout the product lifecycle. **Required Skills** - Regulatory Compliance Management - Requirements Analysis & Documentation - Technical Writing - Policy Interpretation - Governance & Risk Management - Product Readiness Reviews (PRR) **Preferred Skills:** - Domain-> Automotive-> Automotive - Systems - Domain-> Internet of Things (IOT)-> Automotive
