Read on **…** **What makes the role meaty?** - Own end-to-end store compliance audits across operations, cash, inventory, and brand standards. - Investigate operational gaps and work with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions. - Leverage CCTV monitoring and audit insights to improve store processes and customer experience. - Build and maintain compliance dashboards, MIS reports, and audit trackers that enable data-driven decisions. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives that reduce operational risks and strengthen governance. - Gain broad exposure to Retail Operations, Finance, and Compliance while creating measurable business impact. **We hope that you...** - Are a graduate (B.Com or equivalent. - Have a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Have someone who demonstrates high integrity and takes ownership of their work. - Are Comfortable working with data, reports, and Microsoft Excel. - Are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Are willing to travel to stores for audits when required. - Are Familiar with Python, MIS reporting, or data analysis tools will be an added advantage. - Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with operational processes, cash handling, and inventory controls. - Identify and report discrepancies in cash and stock, ensuring timely resolution. - Perform Brand Standards Audits across retail stores. - Monitor CCTV footage to identify compliance and operational issues. - Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to resolve reconciliation and compliance gaps. - Prepare audit reports with findings, root causes, and corrective action plans. - Maintain compliance dashboards and MIS reports. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational controls.
