**Job Requirements** **Job Title – Manager, Compliance (Band F)** **Place of work** - Mumbai **Function** – Compliance **Job Purpose:** - The role entails the responsibility to support Senior Compliance Senior Manager in ensuring bank's submissions, to ensure policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. It also includes evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing bank's processes. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Support Senior Manager Compliance for checklists, manuals and other regulatory documentation. - Coordinate with different department leads to review RBI Inspection related submissions, departmental compliance policies and Inspection related submissions. - Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the bank as well as evolving best practices in compliance controls. - Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities - Timely submission of assigned Regulatory Returns including DAKSH related submissions. - Provide necessary inputs for MIS for the Senior Management - Support in the other activities of the team as a back-up as and when required. **Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:** - Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure **Educational Qualifications:** - Graduate or Post Graduate - Any **Experience:** - Minimum of 1 - 5+ years preferably in Compliance, Audit, Risk or other Support functions.
