Manager Req ID 89705 \| Chennai, India, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited Job Description About the team: Responsible to fulfil project activity's, planning test plan and to qualify devices according to specifications. What you can look forward to as Component Validation Testing: Analyze the design, define verification tests and simulations including reliability verification, support D-FMEA activities Develop test concepts and test specifications - DVP Support lead engineer in assessing customer test requirements Plan, design \& document test equipment, coordinate production and approve test equipment Maintain test rigs and equipment Build time and cost plan for prototypes and series product testing. Your Profile as Component Validation Testing: Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Engineering (R\&D) -- Component validation (Testing) in the automotive industry. Create control plan for prototypes \& coordinate assembly Check prototypes to Control plan and document results in IRP Instruct supporting personnel (e.g. Mechanics) Supervise tests according to plan, document test results in test reports Evaluate test results against functional, quality and reliability requirements.
