We are a global leader in the technology arena and there's nothing that can stop us from growing together. **TCS Hiring for Comptel PNA Support** Experience Range: 3-8Yrs Job Locations: Pan India **Job Description:** **Must Have:** - Expertise in Comptel Instant Link / Comptel Order Management Operation & Maintenance, In-depth knowledge in Telecom OSS-BSS. - Multiple skills – SQL/PLSQL & PERL & Unix Knowledge. **Responsibility:** - Execution of standard operation procedures. - Monitoring the backlog, analyzing and clearing the discarded cases. - Generate reports related to Comptel provisioning. - Automation of process and analysis of daily operation issues. - Provide support to the user community using incident and problem management tools. - Timely management of project deliverable - Mentoring the team. - Maintaining good relationship with customer. - Customer management and reporting. - Make sure smooth operation of production system. - Follow-up & escalation of the issues to direct manager. Monitoring KPI/SLA of systems.
