The ideal candidate will work on contract automation, approval workflows, document generation, integrations, and custom Salesforce development to enhance enterprise contract management processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end CLM implementations and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the organization. - Role: Conga CLM Developer - Salesforce - Location: All persistent Location - Experience: 2 to 6 years - Job Type: Full-Time Employment **What You'll Do** - Design, develop, and support Conga CLM solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Configure and customize agreement lifecycle processes, clause management, and template management. - Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows. - Implement contract generation, approval workflows, and contract automation processes using Conga products. - Integrate Salesforce and Conga CLM with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Apex Callouts, and middleware technologies. - Support DocuSign, Conga Sign, and document automation integrations. - Develop and enhance approval processes, workflow automation, validation rules, and security configurations. - Perform data migration, metadata deployments, and legacy contract migration activities. - Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and CI/CD deployment processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring optimal system performance and scalability. - Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and best practices. **Expertise You'll Bring** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 2 to 6 years of overall experience in Salesforce development and customization. - Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Conga CLM implementation, support, or enhancement projects. - Strong expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, and SOSL. - Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows. - Proficiency in Salesforce security concepts including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules. - Hands-on experience with Conga CLM, Agreement Lifecycle Configuration, Clause Management, Template Management, and Approval Workflows. - Experience in Contract Generation, Contract Automation, and Agreement Action Framework. - Knowledge of Conga APIs, Conga Composer, and Contracts for Salesforce. - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Apex Callouts. - Familiarity with DocuSign, Conga Sign, X-Author for Contracts (XAC), or X-Author Excel (XAE) is preferred. - Experience with Git, Bitbucket, GitLab, Gearset, Copado, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, Salesforce Metadata Migration, and Legacy Contract Migration. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. **Benefits** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
