This role will drive strategic governance, digital thread architecture, regulatory compliance, and ALM practice leadership across complex engineering ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership, consulting, and pre-sales capabilities. . **Key skills required** - Lead the design and execution of enterprise ALM governance strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives. - Orchestrate multi-platform ALM/PLM environments including **Codebeamer**, **Teamcenter**, **Polarion**, **JAMA Connect**, and **IBM ELM**. - Define best practices, standards, and operating models for scalable ALM implementations. - Act as a trusted advisor to engineering, quality, and product leadership teams.
