**Job Description** - Credit Risk Analytics and Reporting - Location: Bangalore, India - Position: Consultant/Officer **Job Summary** - Northern Trust is seeking a Credit Risk professional with strong technical expertise in SAS, Python and understanding of CECL, CCAR stress testing process. - The role offers high visibility, frequent interaction with senior credit risk leadership, Data, IT, Controllers and Northern s auditors. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Own the development and maintenance of CECL, CCAR, MRM SaS Viya platform by defining change requirements, development, testing and production migration - Own the CECL and CCAR model execution including identification and quantification of overlays and adjustments and presentation to senior stakeholders - Perform data analysis, sensitivity analysis, variance analysis across different reports/adjustments and present the recommendations to senior leadership - Own all control documentation, ensuring the process is compliant with SOX defined controls. - Discuss and present all controls with Internal SOX team and external auditors. - Make code changes based on requirements, testing and work with stakeholder to get sign off and production migration. - Lead application migration or adhoc testing projects impacting upstream data used for CECL and CCAR process. **Knowledge / Experience Required:** - 5+ or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas of financial services is desired: risk management, compliance or regulatory oversight, consulting, or financial reporting with working experience on credit risk management - 5+ or more years of technical experience across SAS Viya, Python or related tools - Understanding of CECL, CCAR or similar regulation having worked on model executions, adjustments and reporting is an advantage - Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated success challenging the status quo, influencing outcomes, and consensus building. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, critical thinking, investigative problem-solving skills Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
