Key Facts | Eli Lilly and Company (https://www.lilly.com/about/key-facts) Position This position is within the Field Medical Strategy & Operations (FMSO) organization, a centralized field medical team aiming to maximize the impact of Lilly's Field Medical community through standardized tools, innovation, and processes around the world. This is an execution-focused, hands-on Consultant role (P1) reporting to the FMSO supervisor, partnering closely with Medical leadership, Optimization Leads, Affiliate Colleagues, Global Shared Service Center, Medical Learning Teams, Veeva/IT & CRM-COE, Workday/AIM Teams, to keep MSL enablement, including but not limited to strategic deployment, onboarding, operations and analytical support, VAE operations, automation and medical AI strategy execution. This role sits on the critical path for every new and moving Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) across Global markets. It owns MSL field capability enablement from sizing, alignment, placement to onboarding/offboarding, operations intake, Veeva access & approved emails (VAEs) operations. The work that directly gates MSL time-to-productivity and carries field-facing visibility. Key Accountabilities **Execution Excellence:** - Drive field capability enablement from sizing, alignment for Global MSL Teams - Provide territory & customer alignment support and field readiness enablement - Support Core Ops & Field Optimization initiatives to reduce onboarding cycle time - End-to-end ownership of onboarding and offboarding across a multi-system footprint (Veeva CRM, Tableau, Workday/AIM, and related field systems) - Operations process management, ensuring documented SLA targets and triage metrics are consistently met - Systems access provisioning and de-provisioning for incoming and exiting field personnel - Cross-functional collaboration with teams to drive enablement - Drive overhaul of FMSO processes with AI and automation support - Support Global Sizing & Territory Management for MSL (US + IBU), HOL, and PML - Field data analysis, for execution, and other key KPI measurement **Platforms & AI Enablement:** - Working knowledge of sizing, placement, alignment, with JTD and other similar tools for territory design and management - Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft environments for operation management and automation - VVMC knowledge to support VAE template and fragment creation, testing, as well as related field queries, and troubleshooting - Maintain FMSO process documentation, including Zip-to-Terr, and all other job-aids, and compliance documentation for field medical team - Platform configuration support across mCRM/VEEVA, Tableau, Power BI - Support escalated field queries / T3 support across all field medical operations - Work with AI tools to drive operational and agentic success for field medical related projects Minimum Qualification Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computers, Engineering, or related quantitative background) with 3 to 5 years of experience in Field Analytics / Operations, or Pharma Analytics - Experience with Microsoft suite (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Fabric, Power BI, etc.) for operational and automation management processes - Experience with AI platforms with effective prompting to drive agentification success, including Claude, Co-Pilot, etc. -
