The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI platforms. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, software engineers, and solution architects to deliver scalable AI-driven products and services. ## **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases. - Build and optimize AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and open-source models. - Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models. - Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using APIs and microservices architectures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI solutions. - Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management. - Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance standards. - Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. ## **Required Skills** ### **Technical Skills** - Strong proficiency in Python programming. - Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar. - Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.). - Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures. - Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. ### **Preferred Skills** - Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI frameworks. - Knowledge of multimodal AI solutions (text, image, audio, video). - Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ## **Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Generative AI are preferred. ## **What Success Looks Like** - Delivering production-grade AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. - Building scalable and reliable AI systems with strong performance and governance. - Contributing to AI innovation and helping establish best practices across the organization. ## **Why Join Us?** - Work on cutting-edge AI and Generative AI initiatives. - Collaborate with industry-leading experts and global teams. - Opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven business transformation. - Continuous learning, certification, and career growth opportunities.
