**IT Engineer** **About the Role:** We are looking for an IT Engineer to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining client operating systems macOS and Windows — and providing general maintenance of all IT-related hardware and software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities. Your goal will be to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be expected to influence the IT culture at Razorpay and help shape it in the right way. **What you will build:** • End-to-end macOS management in Jamf Pro: enrollment, configuration profiles, Smart Groups, policies, software deployment, and compliance reporting. • Comprehensive Windows management in Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, configuration profiles, Update Rings, Win32 app packaging, and compliance policies. • Security baselines across the entire fleet (FileVault/BitLocker, firewall, disk encryption, USB controls, patching cadence) for both macOS and Windows. • Azure AD (Entra ID) and Google Workspace administration covering users, groups, SSO, basic Conditional Access, and app integrations for day-to-day operations. • Clear technical documentation including runbooks, SOPs, change records, and user guides. • Jira or ServiceNow workflows: ticket triage, SLA management, change management, and incident tracking. • Fleet health monitoring, compliance dashboards, and continuous improvement frameworks with root-cause analysis for incidents. • AI-enhanced IT automation including self-service chatbots, intelligent ticket triage, predictive hardware maintenance, and LLM-assisted documentation and runbook generation. • Automated compliance and audit evidence pipelines in partnership with the Compliance team. **What we are looking for:** • 1+ years managing endpoints at scale: macOS with Jamf MDM (policies, profiles, packaging, reporting) and Windows with Intune (configuration, application deployment, compliance, updates). • 2–3 years admin experience across Azure AD (Entra ID) and Google Workspace (users, groups, SSO, app integrations). • Ability to read, modify, and write Bash and PowerShell scripts when needed. • Proven technical writing skills: SOPs, runbooks, architecture notes, and user-facing documentation. • Experience using Jira or ServiceNow, including Change Management processes and SLA-driven ticket management. • Strong knowledge of packaging tools: Composer, Munki/Autopkg, IntuneWin, Winget. • Identity & SSO familiarity: SAML/OIDC, Conditional Access basics, device compliance signals. • Mac/Win update strategies at scale: rollout rings, phased deployment, and patch management cadence. • Reporting and automation via APIs: Jamf Pro API, MS Graph, Google Admin SDK. • Exposure to SentinelOne, Zscaler agents, and their MDM deployment and management. • AI competency: Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools for IT automation, intelligent ticket triage, predictive maintenance, or self-service chatbots. Familiarity with using AI assistants to accelerate script writing, documentation, and troubleshooting workflows. • Understanding of how to integrate AI-powered tools into the IT lifecycle to reduce manual workload, improve response times, and enhance end-user experience. **Why this role is different:** • You will support and secure the endpoint infrastructure that powers Razorpay's entire workforce — directly impacting productivity and security posture. • You are not just a helpdesk technician — you are a builder who creates automation, documentation, and scalable processes that reduce toil across the organization. • You will gain exposure to a broad range of IT projects spanning endpoint management, identity, security, compliance, and automation. • You will partner directly with Compliance on audits, evidence collection, and security posture — making you a key stakeholder in Razorpay's risk management. • You will have the opportunity to pioneer AI-powered IT operations at Razorpay, bringing intelligent automation to endpoint management, helpdesk workflows, and proactive fleet maintenance. • You will drive continuous improvement: monitor fleet health, conduct root-cause analysis, and elevate the IT experience for every Razor. **Good to have (Optional):** • Jamf 200/300/370 or similar certifications. • Microsoft MD-102/SC-300 or equivalent Intune/Entra ID certifications. • Experience with SentinelOne, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or similar endpoint security platforms. • Familiarity with cloud identity platforms and advanced Conditional Access policies. • Experience with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). • AI/ML experience applied to IT operations: predictive analytics, NLP for ticket classification, or LLM-based copilots for IT support. • Previous experience in fintech or high-security environments. • Knowledge of network fundamentals, VPNs, and zero-trust architecture.
