Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning. **Your work profile** - A java developer who can provide expertise on multiple phases of a project lifecycle from design, implementation, optimization, and support. - Design & develop high-quality microservices on open-source technologies to be cloud ready - The candidate will follow Agile software development methodologies and adhere to best practices in the software development process. - Liaise with external vendors as and when required for project - Own tasks end-to-end from designing to deployment - Must have Kafka experience . **Key skills required:** - Perform maintenance on existing programs. - Provide innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions. - Participate in knowledge sharing activities. - Hands on experience with **Angular,** SpringBoot / Spring MVC. - Hands on experience with MangoDB and any RDBMS - Experience with cloud services like (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) - Strong hands on work experience in Design & development of Responsive Web application - Experience in **Web Services(REST, SOAP)** - Hands on experience with **HTML(5), JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular (2+), React JS, Vue JS** - Good understanding of object-oriented programming, RDBMS, NoSQL - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - This role involves extensive travel - Experience with cloud services like (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) **Good to have skillsets & Qualifications** - Knowledge or implementation experience in Microservices based architecture. - Kubernetes, Docker containers - Building hybrid mobile applications (Ex: Flutter, React Native, Ionic ) - Hands on experience in **Java/J2EE/Sprintboot/MVC applications/Node JS** - Qualification : Any graduate **Behavioural & Professional Skills** - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Ownership mindset and production-first approach - Grade Expectation (GCB4) - Acts as a technical expert and individual contributor - Owns solution delivery end-to-end - Drives best practices and mentors junior engineers - Influences design and architecture decisions **Success Metrics** - On‑time, on‑budget program delivery - Client satisfaction (CSAT / NPS) - Revenue growth and margin improvement - Reduced escalations and improved delivery stability - Strong renewal and account growth performance - Proficiency in English is required. **Location and Way of Working:** - Base location: Bangalore/ Hybrid
