Job Description - -------------- **WordPress Developer** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. * Customize existing themes and plugins. * Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites. * Create and manage Custom Post Types (CPTs), Taxonomies, and Meta Boxes. * Integrate third-party APIs and external services. * Minimize the usage of Elementor, Gutenberg, or other page builders. * Optimize website performance using caching, lazy loading, image optimization, and code minification. * Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID). * Implement responsive designs using Bootstrap or CSS frameworks. * Troubleshoot and fix WordPress issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts. * Perform website migrations from local to live servers. * Manage multisite WordPress installations. * Implement SEO/AEO/GEO best practices including schema markup, metadata, XML sitemaps, and URL optimization. * Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve WordPress security vulnerabilities and website security issues. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
