A OneSource Tax Consultant specializes in implementing, configuring, and managing ONESOURCE tax engine. They act as the bridge between corporate tax departments and IT, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) to automate global tax calculations, statutory reporting, and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - System Implementation: Configuring tax engines, mapping tax codes, and defining customer exemption certificates within the ONESOURCE and Global Next platforms. - Global NEXT Platform: Setting up transaction editors and required configuration to enable the SAP data flows to ONESOURCE to determine the Tax - SAP and other satellite system Integration: Integrating tax software with major enterprise platforms to automate real-time tax determination for indirect taxes like GST, VAT, and Sales Tax like SAP, VIM, Concur integration etc - Support Troubleshooting: Resolving tax mismatch errors, analysing posting discrepancies, and maintaining platform uptime. - Compliance Reporting: Building templates and financial reports within the platform to manage complex statutory reporting and audits. **Work Experience:** - 5 to 7 years of end to end implementation experience ONESOURCE Tax engine including GLOBLE NEXT Platform - 5 to 7 years of experience in ONESOURCE implementation in SAP platform - Strong understanding on Indirect Tax determination and validation - Experience in FICO and SD is value addition - Proficiency in SAP processes like end to OTC process, procurement process and Finance processes. - Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models - Good problem solving communication skills - Good in stakeholder management - Should be a good team player. **Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles** - Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity - Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration - All Support needed for the realization of business goals, - Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
