Job description

We are seeking a 6-15 years experienced Functional Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice. Role requires to have overlap with US time zone. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Lead end client engagements during product implementations from discovery through delivery -Solution Design - Lead client functional discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design for VPM implementations. Own functional solution decisions and ensure alignment with VPM product capabilities and implementation standards. Produce and review high ‑ quality functional deliverables (BRDs, FSDs, configuration designs) Implementation & Delivery Oversight - Lead and perform complex VPM functional configuration including valuation models, performance rules, static data, workflows, dashboards, and reporting. Partner with Technical Consultants to ensure accurate data mapping, integrations, and end ‑ to ‑ end solution integrity Client Support - Provide functional leadership during SIT, UAT, and go ‑ live phases, including issue triage and resolution guidance. Support production cutover, validation, and post ‑ go ‑ live hypercare from a functional standpoint. Pre ‑ Sales & Practice Contribution - Contribute to pre ‑ sales activities including functional solutioning, effort estimation, and SoW inputs. Collaborate with Product, Development, and Practice leadership to raise product gaps and enhancement needs. **DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE ( REQUIRED)** Functional expertise in investment valuation and performance measurement concepts, General Ledger, Trial balance, **Mutual/hedge fund processing,** Fund onboarding/conversions **Implementation experience in investment accounting platforms such as Eagle Star/ VPM/other accounting platforms.** **REQUIRED SKILLS** SQL, Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management, JIRA, Documentation **PREFERRED SKILLS** Automation tools and data transformation framework
