**Consultant \| SAP ABAP \| Noida \| SAP \| DSA LS\&HC** • **Job requisition ID** : 109267 • **Location**: Noida • **Entity**: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP ### **Senior Consultant \| Enterprise Technology \& Performance \| SAP ABAP** **Location:** Noida ### **The team** ### **Your work profile** We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development, SAP S/4HANA ABAP, and technical solution delivery. The candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementations, rollout, and AMS support projects, with the ability to develop, optimize, and support SAP solutions across enterprise landscapes. * Lead and support SAP ABAP development activities across implementation, rollout, and AMS support engagements. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. * Develop and maintain custom SAP objects using ABAP/4 and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP). * Design, develop, and optimize SAP S/4HANA ABAP solutions following SAP HANA development best practices. * Develop and enhance CDS Views, AMDP procedures, and OData services for SAP HANA-based applications. * Perform ABAP on HANA code optimization using modern development approaches and performance improvement techniques. * Develop and maintain Adobe Forms for business documents and reporting requirements. * Develop data migration and conversion programs using BAPI, BDC (Call Transaction and Session Methods), including scenarios involving table controls. * Design, develop, and support SAP Workflow solutions based on business process requirements. * Perform technical analysis, debugging, and issue resolution for SAP applications. * Use ABAP analysis and optimization tools including Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace, Code Inspector, and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC). * Ensure ABAP code quality, performance optimization, and compliance with SAP S/4HANA development standards. * Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. * Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions. ### **Key skills required** * 6--8 years of overall SAP ABAP experience with strong focus on SAP ABAP development. * Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project, rollout project, and production support engagement. * Experience working on at least one SAP S/4HANA ABAP implementation project. * Strong expertise in ABAP/4 and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP). * Good knowledge of ABAP on HANA development concepts and optimization techniques. * Hands-on experience in CDS View creation, AMDP, and OData service development. * Strong experience in SAP Adobe Forms development and enhancements. * Experience with data migration and conversion techniques using BAPI and BDC, including Call Transaction and Session Methods. * Hands-on experience in SAP Workflow development and troubleshooting. * Experience using ABAP performance analysis tools including Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace (ST05), Code Inspector, and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC). * Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with experience in SAP production support environments. * Ability to develop high-quality, optimized ABAP solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards. * Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working in large-scale SAP implementation and support environments is preferred.
