Learn more about ET&P **Your work profile** - Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations. - Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria. - Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model. - Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies. - Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria. - Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs. **Key skills required** - Hands-on experience in end-to-end data migration using Syniti EXP/ADM, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading. - Strong expertise in data mapping, data quality, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration rule development. - Proficient in SQL, ETL processes, and working with databases such as SQL Server and Oracle. - Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementation projects and executing migration cycles. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and resolve migration issues. - Prepare migration documentation, execute test loads, and ensure successful cutover and post-migration validation. **Education** Bachelor or above **You bring you** That's all we ask.
