The role involves validating system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under various load conditions, particularly for enterprise applications (SAP ECC, SAP S4, Oracle, Salesforce, web/API systems). Design and develop NeoLoad scripts for: Web applications (HTTP/HTTPS) APIs (REST/SOAP) SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise applications Implement correlation, parameterization, and dynamic data handling Create reusable components for scalability Test Execution Execute: Load, Stress, Volume, Endurance and Soak Simulate real-world user behavior and traffic patterns Monitor application performance during test execution Analysis & Reporting Analyze test results and identify: Bottlenecks (CPU, memory, DB, network) Response time degradation Prepare detailed: Performance test reports Root cause analysis (RCA) Recommendations for tuning Monitoring & Tuning Work with DevOps/Infra teams to monitor: Application servers, Databases, Middlewre OS-level monitoring (CPU, memory, I/O) Use tools like: Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Grafana / Prometheus Recommend system tuning improvements CI/CD & Automation Integrate NeoLoad with: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in Tricentis NeoLoad, Jmeter, Opentext Loadrunner Expertise in: Load modeling & scenario design, Correlation & parameterization Knowledge of: HTTP/HTTPS protocols REST/SOAP APIs Web technologies (HTML, JS) **Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles** - Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity - Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration - All Support needed for the realization of business goals, - Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
