Our purpose is anchored in a single truth bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future. **We are looking forward to hire Success Factors Professionals in the following areas :** Location - Pune Years of experience - 4 to 6 years We are looking for professionals to provide initial support for **UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)** on our Global Time Team Support team (UKG Pro WFM and SAP EC Time). This role will focus on handling day-to-day support activities, troubleshooting basic issues, and assisting end users with timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide Level 1 support for UKG Pro WFM incidents and requests - Monitor and resolve tickets within SLAs - Support users with timekeeping, scheduling, and system navigation - Escalate complex issues to development teams when needed - Maintain documentation and follow standard support procedures - Learn SAP EC Time and get ready to support as a new time solution / new stack (4 to 6 months) **Skills:** - Experience with **UKG Pro WFM** or **Kronos** - Knowledge/experience working with Databricks / SQL - Exposure to HR systems or time & attendance solutions - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to learn and work in a global support environment **Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles** - Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity - Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration - All Support needed for the realization of business goals, - Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
