Job description

The Content Developer will be responsible for creating, designing, and delivering impactful presentations (PPTs) and electronic direct mailers (EDMs) tailored to the banking sector. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of financial products and services to ensure content is engaging, accurate, and compliant with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Presentation Development: Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including product launches, training sessions, and client pitches. EDM Creation: Write and design compelling EDMs for marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and product promotions. Content Writing: Draft clear, concise, and persuasive copy aligned with banking terminology and compliance requirements. Brand Alignment: Ensure all content adheres to the banks brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate complex financial concepts into customer-friendly content. Compliance Adherence: Maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards in all communication materials. Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics of EDMs and presentations to optimize future content. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in content development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of banking products and financial terminology is an advantage. Desired Skills Storytelling: Ability to craft narratives that simplify complex banking concepts. Visual Design: Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Digital Marketing: Understanding of email marketing best practices and customer engagement strategies. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret campaign data and refine content accordingly.
