• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare appetizers, main courses, and desserts following exact recipes and high-standard cooking techniques. [1, 2] • Menu Planning & Innovation: Assist in designing new menu options, selecting fresh seasonal ingredients, and ensuring consistent flavor profiles. [1, 2] • Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to strict health, sanitation, and food safety regulations (like proper labeling, FIFO storage, and clean workstations). [1, 2] • Station Management: Oversee daily operations of the continental section, check equipment functionality, and manage inventory/stock control.
